Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Moda Angel Gardens as I will be moving back to my home country. The apartment is with 2 ensuites, and a kitchen, living area and balcony, a storage cabinet to share. It also comes with a TV. The bedroom has its own bathroom with a rain shower.

The building facilities include private gym with no extra cost, common area and library, cinema, football court and roof terrace. 24 hours concierge is provided with a dedicated parcel room.

Rent is £900pcm (with free wifi and TV license). Bills could come around £220 per month. Flat is located near 5 mins walk to Northern Quarter, Arndale, Angel Meadows park and also has a Co-Op just a minute walk away.

25-30 year old working professionals are welcome and females preferred please.

A bit about my flatmate, she is a working professional who loves to do Pilates and walking. She also has a little puppy called “Remy” who is very well-disciplined and loves cuddles. A very tidy, quiet and pet friendly person is highly preferred while doing some activities together and being respectful of each others privacy.
