Quiet room in central Manchester, inc bills

Hi! I'm Luke, I live alone in a lovely 2-bed flat, on the middle floor of a 3-floor development in Manchester city centre. I'm happy to provide a reference from my previous (female) lodger if required.

I don't mind if someone wants somewhere to stay for as little as 2 months and I only charge half a month's rent as a deposit - perfect for people that are between tenancies or working in town!

It's just outside the Northern Quarter and very close to Piccadilly train station/tram, but is far enough away to be really quiet at night.

I work a 9-5 and work from home 2 days a week. I'm clean and tidy, and have previously been an Air BNB host with a very good rating over two years.
