The apartment is on the 5th floor, you can enjoy the sunshine in this apartment from 11am to the sunset. (Not allowed with pet)
If you only want rent one room not the whole flat, you need find a roommate by yourself
One room is an en-suite(which include a bathroom inside the room(the bathroom doesn’t have a bathtub), another is a standard room which the bathroom is in the hallway of the flat (but this bathroom has a bathtub).
The bill is not included in the renting fee, you need to pay council tax and the bill by yourself. If you are a full-time student, you can apply the council tax discount (which means you don’t need to pay council tax) on the city council website. The tenancy agreement is signed directly with the landlord.
The concierge team works 24h and here is a private gym you can use( which only open for the landlord and the tenants)

There are Tesco, Starbucks and 2 popular dessert restaurants downstair. It’s near to the gay village and surrounded by many club and bar. You can also walk to the nearest Spar for only 2min, and walk to the nearest Sainsbury Local for only 5min. There are also two fully equipped gyms nearby. In addition, it only takes you 10 minutes to walk to the city centre. And it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Oxford Rd Station and 6 minutes to Piccadilly Railway Station.
