Double bedrooms in central, social flat

Hey everyone,

Our lovely flat mate is moving back to Mexico so we're looking for someone to move in.

The flat:

Bedroom: Double bed, furnished

The rest of the flat: a large living/ dining room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (my one has an en suite) and a shared bathroom.

Location: we live close to Canal Street, so super central, fun location, but we don't actually get the noise.

I'm a friendly and relaxed 31 year old guy working in climate change policy. In my free time I like going to the cinema, to the gym, running, dancing salsa and going out with friends. I love exploring different countries and I've recently got back from a career break in South America.

Jai
I'm an outgoing, friendly and chill 25 year old software developer (work in office 5 days a week). I love to keep the flat tidy and I also love to go out every other weekend or so. Love the gym. Getting back into video games (feel free to join me for some games). Love hiking :)

Ideal flatmate:
A young professional who wants to live in a sociable, happy, clean flat. It would be great if you're interested in exploring what's going on in and around Manchester in the evenings/ weekends, but also not going to be crazy loud on weeknights. Bonus if you speak Spanish and would be up for practicing! We'd also appreciate someone who wants to help keep the flat nice.
