I am looking for a new flatmate to share this 2 bed 2 bath apartment.
I am currently living here for the past year and I have no intention moving out 😊.I had a lovely flatmate but unfortunately is relocating.
The rent will be £825 each with broadband included.
Council tax ,water and electricity they are meant to be paid separately. council tax is £215
There are comunal areas for work and lounging ,cinema and gym also free coffee/tea.
The flat is located on the 5th floor with views to the river.
The moving date will be around 20th of August.
Please note that the agency will go through affordability check.
I’m not quite sure about the deposit yet.
