Double Room Available - Buddy up

Postcode is M1 2WW .I have viewed and put a holding fee on a 2 Bedroom with a shared bathroom. The room available is labeled as bedroom 2 on the floor plan. The flat is in a brand new building on the 15th floor! The building has great amenities like a gym, security, parcel collection, co-working spaces with private booths and multiple roof terraces. It is a 12 month contract. The flat is first month free (12 month contract), so rent averages out to £1490pm over the year, but rent of £1625pm is to be paid for 11 months. Wifi is included. Including council tax, electricity and water it should come to around £880pm, again taking into account of the averaged out rent. The council tax band is estimated to be band C. It is a 10min walk to Piccadilly station, a 5min to new islington tram stop and has a Sainsbury's local and Aldi within walking distance! The building is called the castings.

About me: I'm Charlotte and I'm 23. I'm moving up to Manchester from the east midlands to start a new job and I will be working full time. I will be hybrid working (2 days wfh) and think it would suit if you were hybrid also/ work from the office.

I enjoy a very clean and tidy space and would want a flatmate who is the same as well as someone who is considerate when living in a shared space.

I enjoy going for walks, getting a coffee, shopping and travelling ! I much prefer a night in over going out. I will be new to Manchester so am excited to try all the food spots. I am definitely looking for a flatmate who I can also be friends with !!
