Clean and Bright apartment

Hi my names Liam I’m a 35 year old gay male, there is also my 3 yo old French bulldog Roami - we come as a pair!! I’m an extremely easy going guy and very easy to talk too - and very very clean! My interests are food!!! Healthy lifestyle and spending time with friends -shopping - the dog.

The apartments lovely light and bright with a balcony based on the 7th floor, on the grounds of the apartment there is a gym free to residents and 24 hour concierge. And also a cinema screening room. Everyone on the complex is super friendly and polite and over all has a really nice feel and really good value for money been so close to the centre 😊

I work 6 days a week usually put the house through the day a lot, like 9-6 - I work between Manchester and also Lancaster as a hairdresser when in Lancaster there will be nights where I stay up there with family and obviously the dog she comes with me too, so that would give you some time alone in the apartment too.

I’m looking for an easy going housemate who’s tidy and respectful and obviously LOVES DOGS Ideally someone with different working hours that aren’t identical to my own again to give us both space. The room is a double room there’s a bed, built in wardrobe Bedside table and some white large chest of draws.

With the tenancy the property would ask for a credit check with urban bubble for deposit exetra.
