I’m a 30 year old Irish lad currently living in a Manchester Life 3 bedded flat in New Islington that requires a contract renewal starting June 8th. I’ve decided to stay on because it’s a very difficult flat to replace.

Looking for two new flat mates are both professional and sociable.

The living area will come already furnished by myself however the available rooms will not be.

- MCR Life require applicants to be in full-time employment
- MCR Life require applicants to provide a reference
- Bills including council tax, Electricity, water and Wi-fi average at £130 each month.

I'm a 30 year old Irish lad who moved over to study Nursing down South in 2016. After Covid I decided to shake things up and move to Manchester on a whim.
