Looking for the right person to move into this central city flat near to Piccadilly Train station asap. It's a fairly quiet & chilled home as I work Mon - Fri & sometimes Sat 7am-3pm.
No parties/drug users. No smoking in the flat.
The flat is nice with a shared open living room & kitchen. The room for rent is small but has under bed drawers & TV in there. TV licence required. No broadband but I'm willing to pay half if required. All other bills are shared & included. One months rent in advance payable to landlord.
