Double room available with exclusive access to own bathroom, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, concierge on the front desk. I am a laid back guy working 9-5 Mon-Fri in city centre, and looking for a housemate, ideally similar working pattern but open to different working patterns.

The spa upstairs is amazing, all bills are included in the price, parking isn't amazing, but is available for £150 per month secure parking under the building.
