Room in 36th floor deansgate Viadux 2 bed flat

I’m moving to Dubai so unfortunately I’m leaving my tendency early and need someone to take it over asap! The building is Viadux in deansgate on the 36th floor, absolutely gorgeous and the views are stunning! Living with the most lovely girl who works full time and is a pleasure to live with. Need to move in ASAP. Flat includes 2 double wardrobes and en suite, furnished, amenities is includes a spa, gym, cinema room and karaoke room and terrace too!

Rent is £1k a month plus bills (around £200). There is 3 months left on the tendency with possibility to extend. Deposit is £1.1K.

The next rent is due on 7th feb so I’m hoping to get someone in for the next rent payment as I leave to fly to Dubai 10th feb so it’ll be empty. Although I know this is soon so I can be flexible with paying it and you pay for the reminding of the month from the date you move in.

My flatmate you’ll be living with is a 23 year old working professional from Kenya, she’s very chilled, she’s looking to live with someone she can be friends with but will appreciate your own space. She likes going gym and doing wholesome activities, but she’s also always down to go out for a meal or night out. Her Instagram is: acaciamathews.
