One of our flatmates is looking to move out with the end of the tenancy and therefore we’re looking for another girl to join us.

I’ve lived in the apartment for over 6 years now and love it here. The location is ideal being located less than a 5 minute walk to Spinningfields and it’s within a secure complex with a lovely courtyard. There’s also a 24-hour Conceirge front desk.

We have a really respectful, clean and tidy home and we’re both really sociable people so love to go out for food / drinks / activities but equally love having our own downtime so we’re wanting to find someone who will fit into that with us. Ideally we’re wanting to find another housemate who will make the flat feel homely🫶🏼

The room will be available from 8th May onwards and it’s for a 6-12 month contract. The room shares the main bathroom with one of the girls. It is £600 per month which doesn’t include bills although they come to around £130/140 depending on electricity usage. The council tax is with Salford City Council and is Band C. References are required with the property management company.
