Double room with private bathroom available

My housemate is moving in with his girlfriend at the end of September, so looking for someone to take over her tenancy on the 1st October!

The apartment is gorgeous, lots of natural light, less than 5 minutes from NQ and 10 minutes to centre of town. You’ll have your own private bathroom, double wardrobe and plenty of storage in the room (and in the rest of the flat). There’s also a balcony, and a roof terrace.

I work full time but mostly from home, but doesn’t bother me if that’s also you or if you’re in office! There’s also a lil co working space on the ground floor of the building and plenty of cafes nearby to frequent for a break from the flat. PureGym and Aldi 2 min walk away.

Rent is £765 a month, with bills approx £180 (but electric and water can vary).

A little about me: I consider myself to be quite a chill person, very content to curl up with a book on an evening but I do enjoy being friends with the person I live with. As in going for drinks, enjoying a movie together, the occasional night out or even a nice hike or something! I am clean and tidy but not anal about it (as in, I keep tidy but if the person I’m living with leaves some plates in the sink I’m not going to have a fit hahah), big lover of Tay Swift, horror films, coffee dates etc.
