I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the month of September.
This is a 2-bed-2-bath flat on Oxford Road, 2 minutes from the Oxford Road station and 14 minutes from Piccadilly station and very close to both UoM and MMU.
The room comes furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair and you will have your own bathroom (Toilet, sink and bathtub).
The flat also comes with a nice balcony, all necessary appliances in the kitchen (toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven) and has an in-unit washer and dryer.
There is no council tax for this property.
I’m looking for someone who is very clean and respects the place and is considerate of the other person they’re sharing the space with.
