Hi! I’m Esther and I’m looking for someone to take over a room in my flat as my current flatmate is moving out. It’s a lovely 2 bed flat in the city centre/northern quarter. My room has a small en-suite and the spare double room is next to the big main bathroom which would be yours. I love walking, art, music, gigs, events, pub trips, festivals and travelling. I’m wanting to be friendly with whoever moved in but I also like my own space sometimes, I’m clean and tidy so would want the same in a flatmate. The flat has a balcony and is pretty much fully furnished. Council tax is band D currently so altogether bills are usually about £180 (including WiFi, water, energy and council tax) a month.
