Unfortunately, my current flatmate will be moving out at the end of the tenancy. I've really grown to love this place and made it feel like home, so I’m hoping to stay and find a like-minded person to share it with and renew the lease at the end of August.

The Flat:
* Modern 2-bed apartment with a shared kitchen and living room
* Located in Green Quarter, a peaceful neighbourhood just a short walk from the city centre and Victoria Station
* Co-op just down the road for quick and easy groceries

The Room:
* Furnished double room
* You’ll have your own private bathroom (I have the ensuite)
* Clean, comfortable, and perfect for someone looking for a quiet, homely place

Rent & Bills:
* Rent is currently £550/month, but may increase slightly with the new contract
* Bills (incl. water, electricity, WiFi, council tax) come to approx. £200–£230 per month per person
* Council tax band is D

About Me & Who I’m Looking For:
I’m a female professional, mostly work in the city centre but also working from home 1–2 days a week. I love to cook, hit the gym early, and enjoy quiet, cosy nights in. I’m looking for a like-minded female professional who is:

* Clean, tidy, and respectful
* Not a party animal (this is not a party flat)
* Enjoys their own space, but is friendly and open
* Ideally on a work schedule that complements mine
* Non-smoker

Move-In Date:
Around 25th August (to be confirmed with my current flatmate)
