Hey! I’m looking for someone to move into my lovely flat in Piccadilly Village – a peaceful spot in the heart of Manchester with shared gardens and the charm of a little house, right in the city centre.

The room available is bright, comfy, and comes with its own private balcony – perfect for your morning coffee or a bit of fresh air. 🌞

You’d be sharing the flat with me (and Roger – my little dog 🐶) so being dog-friendly is a must!

🛋️ Shared kitchen and living room – cosy, full of plants, and good for chilling or working
🪴 I’ve got a lot of plants and a proud plant mum.
🎶 I love music and often have something playing, but I’m very respectful and mindful of shared space
💻 I work from home 3–4 days a week, so ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time
🧼 We have a cleaner who comes once a month for a proper deep clean
📊 Council Tax Band D – bills come to around £200/month per person
