Bright Northern Quarter flat with large balcony

Hi,

My flatmate is looking to move out and his room is becoming available - looking for someone pretty much immediately! Rent doesn't include bills, which come to about £150-200 a month, including high-speed 500MB Hyperoptic broadband. Council tax is band C.

The flat is located right next to Gooey in the NQ - really close to all the pubs/bars/restaurants and the like. It's a large flat with a good sized wrap-around balcony, good-sized kitchen and a modern bathroom.

About me: I'm 34, work 3 days a week in the centre of town. I like comedy nights, cooking, eating out, football (but I play it badly!). Also like playing a few games here and there too so if that's your thing that's ace too. I love going to concerts/occasional nights out too but I pick them a little more now!

I'm someone who likes to get along with my flatmate and have a good vibe with a drink or food out, but I'm also equally happy with a quiet night in. I'm looking for someone who’ll be solidly social enough, but I've got my own busy social life so I'm chilled on all fronts. I like a clean flat but I'm not too bothered about a bit of clutter, just look after the place as your own.
