Spinningfields/ Salford M3 flat available 1st of Oct.

It's a 2 bed flat, just over the bridge from Spinningfields/ Deansgate, an 8 minute walk to Victoria station & right outside Salford Central Station with easy access to the city centre with loads of bars / restaurants etc just around the corner! Current tenant is aged 25 so looking for someone around that age ideally.!

The rent is £600 each with the rest of the bills (Water, Electricity, Wi-fi, Council Tax) coming to around £180 (depending on usage of course).
There is a deposit required, which is £533.66

You will have a fully furnished bedroom with a double bed and the master bathroom as I have an en-suite. Some of the furniture in the room is owned by my current house mate. Furniture wise it comes with. The bed frame, mattress, wardrobe & 2 side tables w/draws. The building also has a concierge 24/7 so no having to wait in for a parcel to arrive

A bit about me
My name is Elliott, I’ve lived in Manchester for 7 years & have lived in this current flat for the past 3. I originally moved to the city to study at drama school & since graduating have been working full time entertainer on canal street. Im a gay man & have always lived with women my whole life however I would also be open to live with another member of the LGBTQ+ community ! Day to day life for me , I attend dance classes, love to go out for food w/ my friends (I don’t usually cook I’m sooooo bad at it, meaning the kitchen is all yours) & I love a good film so frequent the cinema. I am genuinely such a social butterfly so I’m typically out the flat each day to do something or other. I typically work Thursday-Saturday from 9pm-3am. So for the most part that flat is all yours most of the weekend.
