Hello! A gorgeous city centre flat with two private ensuite rooms is available from December 21st. Both the rooms are double bedrooms and each comes with its own ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are exactly the same in terms of size and layout. We cannot consider renting the bedrooms separately.

The bedrooms are quite large and each one has a double bed with mattress, wardrobe, two side tables and a chest of drawers. The ensuite includes a bathtub.

The living room and kitchen is fully equipped with two sofa, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven.

Location is really good, Aldi and gym are 2 minutes away. Piccadilly station is 5 minutes. Lots of good restaurants around.

Council tax is about 218 GBP for the whole property.

Me and my flatmate are both moving out of Manchester, so need to find replacement tenants. All the procedure will be handled by the rental agency. Inventory checks will also be conducted by the agency, prior to you moving in.

The flat is suitable for working professionals. Credit and reference check will be carried out by the rental agency.
