I have a double room available in my current flat in Manchester city centre. The location is roughly between NQ and NOMA. 10 min walk to NQ and Arndale, 5 min to Shudehill tram stop.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, open plan living room/kitchen, and a balcony. It is on the 4th floor of Skyline Central which includes two gyms, a rooftop pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi🏊‍♂️

Rent is £750/month with WIFI included
Council tax band D
Deposit is 5 weeks rent

A lil about me: I am a 26 yr old civil engineer. I grew up in Derby and have lived in the Middle East for 5 years 🇧🇭 I moved to Manchester 3 years ago for my job in Piccadilly Place. I spend my weekdays at work and spend my evenings and weekends hanging with friends, dancing and gyming🤸💃 I’m into street dance, salsa and KPOP and I’m down to try literally anything! I’d love to live with someone who feels more like a friend than just a flatmate, someone to hang out with now and then, whilst respecting each others space🫶🏼
