Large double room in City Centre with bathroom

Hi,
I recently moved into a flat about 2 mins walk from Oxford Road station and am looking for someone to move in with me.

The room:
standard double bed, desk, light, wardrobes cupboards included. There’s two bathrooms in the house so you’ll get one to yourself.

The flat:
on the 7th floor, very light with huge windows and a balcony with amazing views overlooking oxford road. Really spacious open-plan living room / kitchen with a big TV and all the amenities.
There’s also a car parking space available in the garage underground that i don’t use.

About me:
I’m originally from near Leeds and moved to Manchester in October. I work in the city centre 3 days a week (tues - thurs) as an analyst for a tech company. I like getting out and about, love music, keeping fit and am always up for nights out and going to music events around manchester. I like to keep the flat cleanish but i’m pretty easy going.

About you:
All applications welcome really, but ideally i’d like someone i naturally get on with, and will come to events and stuff with me. If you have friends in manchester that would be a bonus - drop me a message and we’ll go from there.

(Or if you’re just looking for somewhere to stay in the city during the week and will be elsewhere at the weekend that could work)
