Rent, wifi and underground car space included £700, other bills on top, likely to come to around £800-£900 depending on usage etc.

Will be going travelling in a year, flat will be available to extend tenancy and move in another flatmate or can end contract then.

Located five minute walk from big Sainsburys, 10-15 minutes from Cornbrook and deansgate-Castlefield team stops. For reference the Arndale is 25 minute walk. The Ivy is 15 min walk

Also JD gym close by and Y club Manchester with swimming pool 5 minute walk

Looking for someone sensible, clean and respectful of the flat and easy going. I work night shifts and weekend shifts so need to be respectful of this. Ideally someone who works in a similar line of work would be a plus

I’m into cooking, gym and the odd drink/night out. Would be such a plus to become friends if our vibes match 💖
