Flat by the canal, with terrace.

Hello hello, we are looking to let our cozy apartment while we are away for work during one month.

It a ground floor flat facing the canal in a gated compound. We live 10 min walk from Piccadilly station train and tram stations, very convenient location to various pubs and cafes..

You will be getting the entire apartment. The price per week is inclusive of all bills, except electricity which is subject to a fair usage policy.

The minimum stay is two weeks and maximum is one month, and is available from 10th April to 10th May.

Our apartment is fully furnished with a TV in the living room. The kitchen has all essential equipment, including pots and pans. There is a dedicated work space with a screen in the living room which you are welcome to use. There is a terrace facing the canal with a table and loungers, perfect to catch some sun. It has a bedroom with double bed with plenty of natural light. (More photos soon).

We would prefer someone who would be willing to pay the rent upfront on the day they move in. The Minimum stay is two weeks and the maximum stay is 1 month, this is for a short term let only 😊

My partner and I would be back on the 10th of May. We have friends living right next, so anything, they could help out.
