Double room in this lovely 2 bed flat in the Northern Quarter. You will be replacing me in the flat, and living with the wonderful Frank who's staying at the flat :) I have lived here for almost 3 years and will dearly miss it.

The flat has a shared bathroom and open plan kitchen / living room which is super bright and sunny. It's in a very convenient location, just 10 minutes walk from Piccadilly station and Victoria station. Close to multiple bus stops and trams (Market St, Shudehill), including 5 minutes from Piccadilly gardens buses and trams.

The ideal flatmate will be friendly, clean and considerate. Current household is LGBT.
