I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a modern 4‑bed flat in an excellent city‑centre location, just off Oxford Road. Currently, only 2 of the 4 bedrooms are occupied, by two friendly University of Manchester second‑year students, so the flat feels spacious and relaxed.

The flat consists of four double bedrooms, a shared kitchen, a separate WC with sink, and a separate shower room with sink, which works well for sharing.

Location:
University of Manchester – approx. 10–15 minute walk

Rent paid in termly instalments
Tenancy takeover supported by Manchester Student Village, who will guide you through the process. You would be required to pay the remaining balance from the most recent termly payment from the start of the tenancy, plus the next termly instalment when that is due, which will cover you until the end of the tenancy (end of the third week of August)
