Room with en suite available in two bed flat ✨

Hello!

Sadly I am leaving my wonderful room in Manchester to relocate to a different city, and I am looking for somebody to take my place.

It is a two bedroom flat situated in the Green Quarter, with beautiful natural light from the large windows and a lovely outlook on the balcony.

The bedroom is spacious, and comes furnished with two small drawers, a wardrobe and a bed-frame. Since the other room has an en-suite, you will have the main bathroom completely to yourself!

The kitchen and living room is open plan, the hob is really efficient, and there is sufficient cupboard and fridge space between you and the other occupant.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Victoria station, 15 minutes from the Arndale, and 15 minutes from the Northern Quarter, so super convenient for all the best pubs, shops and transport!

You will be sharing with my flatmate Yeseul, who is really lovely and very considerate! She loves travelling, rock climbing (we are a five minute walk from Rock Over Climbing Gym!), deep chats, and is always down for a trip to the pub or a night out! 🎉

Our landlord is also very lovely, respectful of our privacy, and never hesitates to get things sorted! Genuinely the sweetest guy ever.
