I currently rent a flat city centre near Victoria Station where I've resided for 5 years. It's a wonderful space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large modern kitchen and lounge, and balcony.
A little about me. I'm a Software Engineer specialising in real-time and safety critical systems, mainly across defence and sports betting. Outside of work, I enjoy rock climing, cooking, and travelling. I’m sociable and enjoy spending time with others, but I also value a balance of personal space at home.
The rent PPPM is around £700-£800 PCM (depedant on the renewal cost). The room available is a double room with space for a home office desk. It has a private bathroom and a south facing window overlooking the city centre. All bills and rent PPPM this last year came to £950.
My current flatmate is moving out, and I'm looking for someone from the 15th April.
