Bright En Suite Room on edge of City Centre

I’m looking for a new flatmate as my old one has abandoned me to move in with her husband! 🥲

The room is bright with floor to ceiling window looking out toward Spinningfield and has a private en suite bathroom with a nice strong shower. Room comes equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers and I can help with moving any additional furniture you have and happy for the existing furniture to be replaced if you already have your own.

There is a big shared living room which has a full sized pool table, TV, record player, PlayStation, google speaker and plenty of board games which you’re more than welcome to use!

The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, electric hobs, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine and there’s still room for anything else you might want/need.

Looking for a flatmate who is pretty laid back and enjoys occasional socialising or cooking/game nights; ideally working professional like myself. I work quite a lot so friends and partners always welcome to visit but absolutely no midweek ragers 😅

Smoking only allowed on the balcony.

Happy to consider certain small pets within reason.
