Room with ensuite in Northern Quarter

My lovely flatmate of 1.5 years is moving out to live with her girlfriend - great for her, bad for me! That means I'm back on the market. The flat is a 2 bed / 2 bath and the available room has an ensuite bathroom. A desk and chair easily fit in the room, and it comes furnished with a bed, a set of drawers, and a closet. We live on the 7th floor and have got great big windows and a little balcony. The building is right in Northern Quarter, so great access to all the fun stuff!

Bills (council tax, electricity, water, and broadband) come to around £165-175 / month depending on the time of year. The council tax (band D) portion of that sum is ~£90 / month.

A little about me: I'm not a clean freak, but I like to keep common areas tidy (dishes away, trash and recycling taken out when full, surfaces wiped down) and shared necessities stocked (dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, toilet paper) and would expect the same of a flatmate. Other than that, just looking for someone who at least enjoys a chat in the living room, but I'm always on the lookout for a new friend. I work in the office pretty much every day, constantly seek out pub quizzes, and do lots of bits of gardening around NQ. I played football for years, but am currently trying my hand at some new sports and would love for others to join me, but no pressure!

Move-in would be in early July. The lease term ends in December, but I will likely renew so am not looking for temporary flatmates. Please message me if you have any questions or are interested!
