Unfortunately, I need to move back to my home country. My room will be available from 16th/17th May. The current tenant really loves this place and makes it feel like home. She is hoping to stay and find a like-minded person to share it with and renew the lease at the end of August.

Located in Green Quarter, a peaceful neighbourhood just a short walk from the city centre and Victoria Station
Co-op just down the road for quick and easy groceries

The Room:
Furnished double room
You’ll have your own private bathroom (the current tenant has the ensuite)
Clean, comfortable, and perfect for someone looking for a quiet, homely place

Rent & Bills:
Rent is currently £550/month, but will likely increase slightly with the new contract
Bills (incl. water, electricity, WiFi, council tax) come to approx. £220–£230 per month per person
Council tax band is D

About the Tenant & Who She’s Looking For:
She is a female professional who works in the office. She enjoys cooking, going to the gym early, and having quiet, cosy nights in. She is looking for a like-minded female professional who is:
Clean, tidy, and respectful
Not a party animal (this is not a party flat)
Enjoys their own space, but is friendly and open
Non-smoker

She is really clean, tidy and respectful and easy to live with and you will meet her when you come and view the flat

Move-In Date:
Around 16/17 May
