Double bedroom, own bathroom, rooftop spa!

I am now staying in my current flat and looking for a new flatmate as my lovely friend is moving out to save up for a house!

I have been in this apartment for almost two years now, it’s such a steal! There is a free gym, infinity pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna on the 18th floor and they’re always pretty quiet! Concierge are lovely and post is safe to be delivered there.

Lovely double room with comfy bed, plenty of storage including a huge mirrored wardrobe (only have mirror selfies so will get some proper pics of it to add). The bathroom is also super spacious with a shower, bath, sink, loo and has cool blue lighting. I will also get some pics of the kitchen/ living area, it’s got everything you need with lots of room. There are sofas, coffee table, tv stand and tv in the lounge area which then goes out to the balcony.

A bit about me

I'm from Jersey but have lived in Manchester for the past 7 years, absolutely love it here. I’m very laid back but do like to keep the flat tidy. I work freelance in Film/ Tv which means when I'm working it's long hours so you might not see me much in the week but I'm always down to do something on the weekend. It also means I go away for work sometimes, I’m currently on a film until the end of June which means you’ll have the flat to yourself in the week. In between jobs I'II spend my time in cafes writing/ working on my own projects or I take the time to do some travelling. When I'm not working I love a spontaneous pint, beer gardens, going to the cinema, having a mooch around town, the odd night out and driving somewhere for a hike. I'm very sociable and it would be lovely to be able to hang out with my house mate but I'm also really independent and have my own circle and hobbies. I love animals so bonus points if you have one!

Available from 4th June 2026, £950 all bills included - Council tax, electricity, water, wifi etc. Ideally minimum 6 month stay but would be open to someone looking for a short term let.
