Double room with private bathroom near Victoria

I’m looking for someone to take over a double room available in a 3rd floor spacious flat near Victoria station as my flatmate is moving out to buy a place. Would be as a tenancy take over with myself.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables. You would have sole use of the main bathroom which has a bath! The flat has a large kitchen and living room, big balcony and lots of storage.

The flat comes with a parking space which I currently use (so I pay more in rent), but people in the building do often rent out spaces.

Rent is £715 per month, not including bills, these come to around £200ish including council tax

About me, I’m 28 and work as a doctor so would hope you’d be understanding of shift work/ nights. I go to the gym most mornings and enjoy a clean tidy flat to relax in! I love hosting, cooking, having a chill drink or an occasional night out
