I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a modern co-living apartment at Union, Manchester city centre, as I need to relocate.

📍 Location: M3 - right in the city centre
🛏️ Room: Private ensuite room in a 4-bed (Quad) apartment
🏠 Flat: Shared with 3 friendly female flatmates

📅 Move-in: Mid-May (flexible)
📆 Contract until: End of August

💷 Rent: £975/month (all bills + council tax included)

✨ About the apartment:

4-bedroom modern co-living flat
You get 1 : Private ensuite room (double bed + lots of storage)
Spacious shared kitchen and dining area
Very social and well-maintained living space

Ideally looking for someone who can move in soon (ASAP preferred)

📍 Location highlights:

Spinningfields - 3 min walk
Deansgate - 3 min walk
Northern Quarter - 10 min walk
Ancoats - 15 min walk

Rent info:

Rent is paid until 28th May, so you can move in before that without immediate rent payment.

Rental cycle runs from 28th to 28th each month

Important: This is a tenancy takeover, so the new tenant will need to be approved by building management.
