I have a spacious double room close to the city centre available now. There is a very large open-plan lounge/kitchen / dinner. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and any cooking utensils you might need. The flat is clean, quiet and comfortable near the city centre.

The bedroom each has a double bed, new orthopaedic mattress quality furniture, desks .This is a quiet flat. I am a private person but friendly. I'm working most days from home and preferably someone who does not work from home.

The rent is payable monthly in advance - no bills included. The rent is £550 per calendar month. There is no parking available with the flat but there may be free on street parking or pay parking. I love to cook and I think I'm a pretty good cook and baker. I go to the gym most days and walk a lot.
