We have a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, in northern quarter, behind Mackie mayor.
My flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to move in and take over her tenancy at the end of July/beginning of August.
The room available is a double bedroom which comes fully furnished and you would have use of the main bathroom as I have an en suite.
The flat is lovely and spacious and in a really central location.
Currently the rent is £1,500 a month (not including bills) but I reckon this will increase slightly when we get a new contract.
