Double room available from late June.

Hello Everyone!
My name is Laura and I am moving out of my apartment late June. The room includes a king size bed, 2 side tables and wardrobe and a set of cupboards. The room also has its own ensuite and an amazing view of Manchester.
The apartment has a shared living space consisting of a spacious kitchen with dishwasher and big cupboards, balcony and laundry and drier room.

The apartment is 2 mins away from Sainsbury’s and Asda. It’s also a 5 min walk to the Arndale and Victoria train station.

The roommate’s name is Sofiia, she is from Ukraine and she is a waitress/ restaurant manager. She is very nice, clean and polite. She is open to talk to you and be good friends.

Bills are not included but overall it comes to £150 max. ( including council tax)
