Available from 1st of July, I am looking for a flatmate to take over my room in our apartment located in the M1 7GD area.
​The room is a double bed and is perfectly situated for city living. You’ll be just a short walk from Manchester Oxford Road station and close to local supermarkets like Asda Express and Tesco, making it extremely convenient for commuting or enjoying the city center. You basically living in the heart of city centre.
​You will be sharing the flat with 2 other friendly, professional flatmates. We are a household and are looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces and easy-going.

The apartment has various interesting amenities like working spaces, open terrace to host guest, a pool table and free coffee machine.
​Important details:
​Rent: £1026 per month with bills included. You can split it if you are sharing it with someone
​Bills: are inclusive with 1026. Council tax is roughly 200 £ and could be split into 3 or 4 parts depending on how many wants to take over.
