Looking for a Flatmate to join me :)

Hey!

I am Sophie my current flatmate is moving out in early July so I am looking for a new flatmate to join me!

A bit about the flat:
The flat is at New Vic right by Victoria station in a great location right in the city centre. You will be moving into a double room, fully furnished with your own private bathroom and bathtub. The flat has a lovely living room and kitchen with a balcony that overlooks the city. Some amenities of the flat and apartment complex include:

- Pets allowed
- Cinema room
- Gym
- Games room
- Co working area on the ground floor
- Garden terrace area

I have lived here for a year and love it. New Vic hosts resident events where I have met lovely people and made great friends!

A bit about me:
I am 24 years old and I’m looking for someone who’s around the same age. I am a town planner and work in the office during the week. I like going out for food and drinks but also love relaxing and watching a film.
