Double room available in Manchester City centre

I’m looking for a flatmate for the last 2 months of my lease until December. My current flat mate moves out end of August so looking for someone September 1st until start of December

I’m a very clean and organised person and I keep the flat clean at all times so would ideally need to be someone who also likes to be in a clean space! I am single, enjoy swimming and going to the gym, I love going to a beach, and occasionally like to go out for some drinks or dinner but also cook a lot!

It’s an open planned flat with big windows in the living area and the bedroom too, overlooking the canal. I live in the ensuit bedroom so I pay more. The bedroom is the kitchen side of the flat, with a separate bathroom that would be yours only (any visitors wouldn’t be using it)

The building itself is a lovely modern building with a gym, wfh area and 3 terraces, one being a rooftop one wityh 360 views of the city. It is located near ancoats with a 5 min walk todie cast and a 15-20 min walk into northern quarter.

The parking isn’t too bad around here, there are lots of free on street spaces if you get one on time (I’ve rarely had an issue) and there are paid car parks too.

We are council tax D, which is £115.50 a month each. Water and electricity Bills fluctuate. I’d roughly estimate that the total cost to live here would be £965-1000 with everything included.
