Double room available - July move in

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my current flatmate’s room as she’s moving out.

The flat is fully furnished and in a great location between Northern Quarter and Ancoats. 5 mins walk to the marina & Picadilly train station.

It’s a 2-bed flat with an open-plan kitchen/living space, and the available room is a good-sized double bedroom. You’d also have full use of the main bathroom, as my room has an en-suite. The flat is on the ground floor but has a balcony, accessible from both bedrooms and the living room, which overlooks the canal.

• Rent: £650pcm
• Bills: usually around £200pcm
• Available from: late July (current tenancy ends 27th July)
• Fully furnished
• One parking space included, with the option to rent a second space if needed

A bit about me - I’m 28 and work as a teacher, so I’m usually out during the day Monday–Friday in term time. I’m very sociable and enjoy going out for drinks, brunches, walks etc, but equally love a chilled evening watching TV or cooking at home. I really value keeping the flat clean, tidy and feeling homely.

I’d love to live with someone friendly and easy-going who’s up for building a genuine friendship as well as respecting each other’s own space too ☺️
