I’m moving out of my lovely NQ and looking for someone to take over the tenancy.
🛌The room has a double bed with built in wardrobes (great for taking mirror pics!) and an en-suite with a shower. The shared kitchen and living room is a lovely size and really light and airy. Kitchen comes with a dishwasher, which is always a plus and a washer dryer in the storage cupboard.
🏢The building itself is on a main road in NQ so it’s super easy to get anywhere. We’re lucky in this flat to have access to the 6th floor terrace, which is a major highlight! We also have a parcel room and a lovely concierge.
The remaining flatmate is a 25 year old girl who would love to become friends with the new tenant! She’s so lovely and always up for watching tv in the evening or going out for a drink in the sun.
