I’m looking for a new flatmate for a spacious room with a private en-suite bathroom in a modern apartment right in Manchester city centre (M1 5QE).

The location is excellent – just a 10-minute walk from Manchester Central Library and only a few minutes from Oxford Road Station. You’ll have easy access to shops, cafés, restaurants, gyms, universities, and everything the city centre has to offer.

The flat is fully furnished and includes a shared kitchen and living area with everything you need. The building is modern, secure, and benefits from a concierge service, making it a safe and comfortable place to live.

The landlord is responsible and easy to deal with, and any issues are handled promptly.

The monthly cost is currently around £800 including bills, although this may occasionally be closer to £850 depending on utilities.
Deposit required is about £771.
