The location is extremely convenient: around 90 metres to Lidl and Tesco, around 90 metres to Sainsbury’s, about 0.5 miles to Marks & Spencer, and about 0.3 miles to Arndale Shopping Centre. Restaurants, shopping, cafés and daily groceries are all within walking distance.

The apartment is a top-floor duplex. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one guest toilet downstairs. The available room is the second bedroom. It is not en-suite, but you will have your own separate private bathroom. The downstairs guest toilet will also be for your own use only. The bathroom was newly replaced last December, and the whole flat is clean, comfortable and well maintained.

The flat comes with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates and other kitchenware, so it is ready to move in.

You will be sharing with a male University of Manchester student. He rarely uses the living room and kitchen, so the shared areas are usually quiet. Both male and female tenants are welcome.
