Double room available in the NQ for the summer!

The room available

I have a room available from 6th July to around mid August (this could possibly be extended) as unfortunately my current flatmate is moving out.

The flat is in the perfect location, just on the edge of the Northern Quarter with the cutest park and a pub next door! Only 5 minute walk from Victoria station and Shudehill.

Rent would be £700 including bills, I have an en-suite so you will have a bathroom entirely to yourself! We have a private parking spot you can use if you drive. The flat also has a balcony, it’s only accessible through my bedroom but I am happy to share and you would be welcome on it any time.

I’m currently working as a Teaching Assistant in a school, when I’m not working I’m exploring the city, going for coffee and eating food. I am always down for a night and going to all the best bars and pubs. I love a bit of karaoke and a dance but I also love a wholesome night in sometimes too! I’m looking for a flatmate who is friendly and sociable and looking to have a fab summer! 😎
