Small Double on Whitworth Street West

Please note - this is a Mon to Friday room only so more suited to someone who works in Manchester and goes home to family at weekend (although it would be fine to stay over Sunday night, I only need the flat to myself Fri and Sat nights).

It's a small double room overlooking the Rochdale Canal/Rain Bar. Double bed, clothes rails, draws and room for a small laptop desk and chair. Large open plan lounge and kitchen (65in TV, PS5, WiFi etc) and washing machine, Nespresso and bath/shower.

I'm the sole contractor on the flat so it's a sublet during the week. I don't drink or "party" anymore, I'm more into running, the gym and meditation than pubbing/clubbing) so I'm really not looking for a flatmate who wants a city centre party flat. Football and films (the flat is opposite home) are my pleasures. I'm a journalist and also write books and scripts.

Rent includes all bills. No contract, just give me a couple of weeks notice if you decide to move one. £350 deposit. No couples - it's for one person.
