Looking for someone to take over tenancy in 2 bed

Looking for someone to take over a tenancy in a 2 bedroom apartment. My flatmate is moving out of our apartment in September and I’d ideally like to stay in this building so we’re looking for someone to take over her tenancy from the 14th September.

The apartment is located in Embankment Exchange in Greengate, which is the perfect central location. It is only a 10 minute walk into the Northern Quarter and a 10 minute walk down Deansgate into the centre of town. The building is a modern new build which contains a gym (free to use) and an exclusive resident only spa that you can purchase a membership for. We were also the first people to live in the apartment so everything is still new and clean.

A bit about me- I’m a young professional working from the office 4 days a week and 1 day from home. I’m a very sociable person who loves a night out and going to house events but equally loves a movie night in on the sofa!! Ideally looking for someone who is as equally as sociable but also happy to spend a chill night in together. Would be great to meet someone who is happy to make new friends rather than just looking for a flatmate to live with.
