Flatmate wanted for a ensuite room in M1

Hello lovelies,

I am looking for a working female professional to join me in this 2 bed 2BR apartment on the 16th floor.

It's a lovely quite area at the Center of the City. It comes with a work space, fully equipped gym, a cinema, a roof top, bookable luncheon areas (free of charge) and a well maintained parcel room. It's a very decent place to live.

The move in date is July 1st. Anyone who is happy to join me would need referencing please.

About me:

I am a paralegal working in the fintech sector. I work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.

I am easy going, friendly and outgoing. I appreciate being cool buddies and also respecting others spaces.

I like to clean the house and shared areas of the house clean and would appreciate a flatmate who thinks the same.
