Luxury Duplex City Centre Apartment

Looking for a roommate for start of July as my current one is moving out.

One double bedroom is available, no ensuite however the bathroom with bath and shower will be yours as my room has an ensuite. The bathroom door is just a few steps outside the bedroom.

The apartment is in a gated community with 24/7 concierge and is a stones throw away from Piccadilly train station, Ancoats and Northern Quarter.

Approximately a 5/10 minute walk from Piccadilly train station and a 10 minute walk from Ancoats and Islington Marina.

The building features a shared communal garden that has BBQs and fire-pits to enjoy when there’s nice weather.

There isn’t parking at the building but there are two car parks situated next to the apartment complex that does annual permits for parking.

I’m looking for a clean and tidy roommate who enjoys the occasional beer and shares similar hobbies to myself.

I’m a very easy going guy and looking for someone similar to share my home with.
