Looking for a flatmate! Greengate Double Room

Hey, currently on the search for a flatmate!

I’ve lived in the property for the last 5 months and looking for someone to move in within the next month.

I work in the city 3/4 days a week and from home the odd day. I like to keep the place tidy and chill. Not one for nights out every weekend but always down to chill and socialise. Looking for someone who is likeminded.

The apartment is a well built 2 bed apartment which comes fully furnished. Your room is an en suite furnished to a good standard.

Rent is £650 per month and references will be done by the current agency. Bills come in at roughly £200 a month.
